Learning to Flip Time/Love Life

I truly enjoy Listening to Karen Briscoe on your show. She seems to light up the room with her excitement! I loved learning about her 5 Min Success theory. She mentioned that when she sees people's eyes light up ... she wants more of that in her life and business. Love that! Particularly enjoyed "Create Challenges for Life" ... something gives you a medal. Whereever you are in your life ... just get started. Thank you!

Success Through Strategic Thinking

09/09/2019
I thought this show was great! Several key points that were mind joggers for me. 1) Am I doing what I need to do to scale my business ... or doing what others should be doing for me? DUH like you said, Doug, you usually cause problems when you do that! 2) Goals & Objectives = Plan & Strategy ... What & How! 3) Not to do list! GREAT ONE! and 4) "It's not till you get off the beaten path that the beating can begin!" I resonated with this because what I do is certainly "off the beaten path," Thanks so much!

This is another great show. Rich Horwath nailed it, we can't know who we are serving or how to do it better when we are stuck in reaction mode. I love his 3 "A's" : Accumen, Allocation, & Action.

must listen podcast!

Loved this podcast! Has a number of really great episodes on growing and scaling your business in a variety of ways. But also takes a holistic approach and looks at the human side of running a business and a few episodes on set-care and managing kids while running a business. My most favorite episode was the "Essential Skills for Entrepreneurs" episode. It was a really way to how you should approach running a business, and viewing it like a portfolio manager by thinking about your past, present, and future needs of your clients. Doug's focus on relationships when growing a business was an essential skill that was instrumental in the exponential growth in my business. Looking forward to future podcast episodes!
