    I just finished the episode on franchising and I really enjoyed it. A great deal of information in a rather short time. I particularly liked that it laid out specific steps needed if this is the business direction you want to take. Never felt like I was being talked down to by the guest and the host, Doug, asked the specific questions listeners would need to make informed decisions. The tone was very relaxed making it easy to listen and absorb the information presented. I am looking forward to listening to more of their episodes.
