Angela Lorinchak began her market research career over 30 years ago working part time doing telephone interviews and analyzing data. She quickly realized her passion for exploring people’s thoughts and feelings and was fascinated with the impact it had on the decisions that company’s make. From there, she went on to manage the field operations of Metro Research later helping double its sales volume as she rose to ownership of the organization. Angela joined the Jackson Adept team as President, responsible for creating efficiencies, systems, establishing and maintaining corporate culture, client development and retention and overseeing.
Melisa Gipson has worked in several capacities throughout her career. Now serving as the Executive Vice President, She is an active member of the Insights Association. Melisa’s passion for the industry and exceptional customer service is evident in the work she produces. She loves helping our client find a solution to their challenges, and nothing makes her day more than knowing she’s helping a client fulfill their objectives.
