The Nice Guys
When we first came up with the idea to host a podcast, we had no clue what were doing. Over 500 episodes and 1 million plus downloads later, we know now exactly how clueless we really were. We cannot believe what The Nice Guys on Business has become. In February of 2015 I approached my longtime buddy Strickland, because I knew we had good chemistry and could deliver a healthy dose of shenanigans. Plus, we knew we could talk longer than it took paint to dry. From day one we knew we had our hands on something fun, entertaining, educational. And totally warped. Along with our Nice Guys Community of supporters including our hardcore “FunknFans,” we continue to expand our ideas and bring our spin on what it takes to be successful in business and in life. Together, along with our amazing team, Strick and I bring you 5 episodes a week of interviews, fuckery and a boatload of business lessons. Our show is not for the proper, politically correct, or those with a weak constitution, and we won’t apologize for dropping the f-bomb or any other four-letter word. We do however, promise to add value to your day and hopefully teach you a thing or two. Some of this stuff we are figuring out as we go along, just like life is supposed to be. We interview entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and experts in social media, business development, crowdfunding, marketing, customer service, crowd sourcing, and so much more. If you are an entrepreneur, opening a business, or already running a business, The Nice Guys on Business can help you do better. You don’t have to be a jerk to run a successful business. Excited to have you as a part of our Nice Guys Community. Welcome to The Nice Guys.

He specializes in teaching others the how-to's of building relationships and strengthening connections. Doug is a nationally recognized speaker and writer. His weekly posts reach hundreds of thousands of readers. Doug has been titled by a leading social media marketing company in the top 100 of Social Media Thought Influencers to follow. Doug can be reached on Twitter at all hours of the day and night @DJDoug or by E-Mail at Doug@DougSandler.com
Strickland Bonner’s company Podcast Production 4 You provides audio production for The Nice Guys on Business as well as many other podcasts. He works a 9-5 job as a Report and Data Analyst, performs 50-55 times a year playing guitar in the variety band Black Tie and has triplet daughters. Between all of that and publishing 5 episodes a week of The Nice Guys on Business, he occasionally likes to eat and sleep. Strickland can occasionally be seen on Twitter @NiceGuyonBiz but don’t expect a quick response there. He can also be reached by E-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Anna V. Nygren - Show Producer | Podcastologist
Anna Nygren is a 20-something carving out a career path and trying not to forget to smile every once in a while. She writes our brilliant show notes every episode, 5 episodes a week for no pay whatsoever. Simply on the merits of that, Doug and Strickland think she should be put up for sainthood, although we have no idea what her religious beliefs are. As of the date of this writing, neither Doug nor Strickland have ever met Anna in person. We hope to remedy that sometime in 2017.
Mar England - Executive Producer | Podcastologist
Mariko (aka “Mar”) fell in love with The Nice Guys on Business Podcast during her ridiculously boring 2.5-hour daily commute because of Doug and Strickland’s unapologetic corny jokes and witty banter, sprinkled between informative business conversations. As a raving Funk'Nfan with a background in content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and PPC for B2B tech companies, Mar helps keep the Nice Guys focused. She accidentally stumbled on the executive producer role after she booked several guest interviews for Doug and Strickland. When she’s not listening to podcasts, you can find her running, reading, bowling, eating, and writing poetry. Say hi to her on Twitter @marikokoloco and share your favorite book recommendation!
Danielle Taylor - Show Producer | Podcastologist
Danielle (Dani) is a hardworking, free-thinking, problem-solving millennial who encountered the Nice Guys world by being at the right place at the right time. Serendipitous? Abso-freakin-lutely! As an adventure-seeker and hula hoop queen, Dani took a leap of faith and dove into the podcast universe head first... and hasn’t looked back since. When she’s not working on podcast production, she can be found daydreaming about her superpower of stopping time, kicking anyone’s butt at Monopoly as the beloved thimble (like there’s a better piece?!), or traveling to exotic places (Did we mention she loves to vacation?). Having the flexibility and independence of working on podcast production means you'll never know where in the world Dani is—and she loves that! Catch her if you can on Instagram @Hurdle_girl21 or listen to her podcast Millennial to CEO.
Christopher Morales - Social Media Intern | Podcastologist
Christopher is a college undergrad majoring in Communication at Cornell University. In Fall 2017, Lou Diamond spoke to his class and was hiring interns for his podcast. As a Lou Diamond-reject, he was referred to Doug and The Nice Guys on Business! He runs The Nice Guys Instagram and Twitter pages (@NiceGuysonBiz) by posting images, videos, and pretty much anything he feels like because let’s face it, Doug and Strick aren’t checking anyway! Though he is the youngest of the group, you certainly couldn’t tell by his consistent tie-adorned dress code for weekly team production calls. You can track his aventuras (Spanish for “adventures“) on Instagram (@Chris23Morales).
Britnie Leverett - Podcast Editor | Podcastologist
Britnie is happy to say that she is a podcast editor for Turnkey Podcasting. By chance and being nice to the right person she landed a job with Turnkey Podcasting. But she isn’t some one trick pony. When she isn’t doing the grunt work for Nice Guys on Business and many other podcast shows she runs her own cake business which she has brilliantly named Sweet Treats. Culinary skills aside, she’s also one tough cookie. Britnie is a brain cancer survivor and never takes a day for granted, which led her to getting her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in 2014. When she is not editing podcasts, you can find Britnie at Disneyland, baking cakes or buying makeup.
