676: Sam Morris- Zen Fucking Warrior

Listen to this episode

Sam Morris is the founder of Zen Warrior Training, a coaching program which helps high performers, entrepreneurs and creative professionals to leverage their most challenging circumstances to reach their next level of potential. In 1999, Sam, a professional athlete, was in a car accident caused by a drunk driver which left him paraplegic. Determined to not let his circumstances get the best of him, Sam learned and created a system of personal development utilizing mindfulness meditation, breath work and Zen principles. Sam has worked with CEO’s, spiritual leaders and recently with actress Rose McGowan. In his free time, Sam is an adaptive skier and musician.
