– I love on your website you have a bunch of stats including number of countries you are providing your services, number of foosball games going on in any given day and number of craft beers you have on tap at the office. You seem to have gotten at least on the surface the culture thing down. Is the secret just keep your people drunk?
– Now you guys play a pretty active day to day role in the office. Steve, you are the Chief Marketing Officer and Ethan you are VP of Content and Communication. But how in touch with you are with front line, those seem like pretty cushy positions in a company of about 50 employees.
