If not asleep in 20 minutes get up and do quiet activity…no computers
#6 Use Light to Your Advantage
Start light when you get up and try to get outside during the day
#7 Keep Your Internal Clock Set with a Consistent Sleep Schedule
Same time each day or as close as possible
#8 Nap Early—Or Not at All
15-20 minutes is all you need before 5pm
#9 Lighten Up on Evening Meals
Stay light with your meals and not too late
#10 Balance Fluid Intake
Stay hydrated but don’t overdo it
#11 Exercise Early – 3 hours before bedtime
#12 Follow Through consistently with your actions, create new habits.
